Grievance Process for NNAAP® Examination
- Submission Method: All grievances must be submitted in writing through the Credentia Platform.
- Details Required: The candidate must provide as much detail as possible in the grievance form to ensure a thorough investigation.
- Submission Deadline: Grievances must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the candidate’s examination date.
Filing a Grievance
- All grievances must be submitted in writing through the Credentia Platform.
- You are required to provide as much detail as possible when completing the grievance form.
- The grievance form must be submitted within thirty (30) days of your examination date.
Investigation and Outcome
- Upon receiving your grievance, Credentia will conduct an investigation into the complaint.
- Once the investigation is complete, you will receive an email notification informing you of the outcome.
If the Grievance Is Accepted
- You will be allowed to retest at no additional cost.
Response Timeline
- You can expect to receive a response within thirty (30) days from the date Credentia receives your grievance form.
