- Retake Fees: A new examination fee is required each time you retake any part of the NNAAP® examination. You must re-register online for the retake.
- Failure Limit: If you fail either part three times, you will be required to complete another state-approved training program and retake both parts of the NNAAP® examination (not just the failed part).
- Unexcused Absences: If you fail due to unexcused absences three times, you will also need to complete another state-approved training program and retake both parts of the NNAAP® examination.
How to Read a Failing Score Report
- If you fail the skills evaluation, the report will list the five (5) skills you performed and whether you received a Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory result.
- You must achieve a Satisfactory result on all five skills to pass the skills evaluation.
- The score report will list the steps missed or performed incorrectly for any skill that was rated Unsatisfactory.
