Score Report Overview for NNAAP® Examination

Exam Results

  • You will receive an email notification from the Credentia Platform when a new Score Report has been posted to your account.
  • To access your Score Report, log in to your Credentia Platform account.
  • Credentia will post your official test results within a few hours after the testing event is completed for the day.
  • Score Reports will be available online for you to print or download.
  • Test results will not be given over the phone and cannot be sent to your employer by Credentia.
  • If more than 24 hours have passed and you cannot view your Score Report, contact Credentia at 888-204-6249.

Failing Score

  • If you fail the examination, you will receive a Score Report that includes a numeric score & diagnostic feedback related to major areas of the examination
  • The Score Report will also include instructions on how to retake the examination and information about the required examination fee for re-testing
  • If you fail the examination three (3) times within two (2) years of completing your training program, you must successfully complete a state-approved training program again before becoming eligible to retake the exam.

How to Read a Failing Score Report

  • If you fail the skills evaluation, the report will list the five (5) skills you performed and whether you received a Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory result.
  • You must achieve a Satisfactory result on all five skills to pass the skills evaluation.
  • The score report will list the steps missed or performed incorrectly for any skill that was rated Unsatisfactory.
