Combo Testing Fees

Fees must be paid at the time of registration using:
- Credit card
- Debit card

Note: Examination fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Employer Reimbursement Policy
Under federal law:
- If you are employed (or have been offered employment) by a Medicare- or Medicaid-funded nursing facility at the time you begin a nurse aide competency evaluation program, the facility must pay your exam fees.
- If you gain employment within 12 months of completing a competency evaluation program, the facility must reimburse your exam and training costs on a pro rata basis during your period of employment.
Recommendation: Keep all receipts and documentation to submit for reimbursement.
