#### Ensure Your Registry Listing is Current

Initial Listing:

-   After passing the examination, please allow two (2) to five (5) business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for your name to appear on the North Carolina Nurse Aide I registry. 
-   Go to [https://ncnar.ncdhhs.gov/verify\_listings1.jsp](https://ncnar.ncdhhs.gov/verify_listings1.jsp) to view your registry listing.

Change of Address or Name:

-   You are responsible for keeping your current address and legal name up to date in the North Carolina Nurse Aide I Registry.
-   Failure to update your information may jeopardize your listing status.
